Physical training and use of our gym facility and equipment involve inherent risk. You are responsible for consulting a physician before beginning any new exercise program, for using gym equipment properly, and for disclosing any health conditions, injuries, or limitations relevant to your training. Members and guests agree to follow all posted gym rules and facility policies. Guerrero Fitness LLC is not liable for injury resulting from participation in our programs or use of our facility.

When you book a consultation, you agree to provide accurate information and to attend at the scheduled time or provide reasonable notice of cancellation. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline a consultation at our discretion.
Where gym membership, programs, or services require payment, the applicable fees, billing terms, and cancellation and refund policy will be presented to you before purchase. You agree to pay all fees associated with the membership or programs you select. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once a membership term or program has begun.

When you opt in to our SMS service, you can expect to receive text messages related to appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, customer care, membership updates, and coaching updates from Guerrero Fitness LLC.
All content, materials, logos, and trademarks available through the Services are owned by or licensed to Guerrero Fitness LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
Our Services provide coaching and guidance only. Results depend on many factors, including your effort, consistency, and individual health circumstances. Guerrero Fitness LLC does not guarantee any particular fitness, weight, or performance outcome.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guerrero Fitness LLC and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the Services giving rise to the claim.
